This event is an open, organized interval training session with an electronic timer to gauge your goals. Each week, Gary Droze, head cross county and track and field coach at Maclay School, announces a 3-mile workout. Recent examples are 12 x 400, 6 x 800, or 800-1200-1200-mile. Another bonus is that we get to run at the same track where national champion and Olympic medal-winning athletes from FSU train. Running starts promptly at 6:30 p.m. Most people seem to arrive by 6:15 p.m. in order to get a good warm up. All levels of runners are welcome.
