Details: This training session features supervised interval training sessions for runners of all levels. Organized by Chuck Davis, these sessions include three miles of speed work, such as 12 x 400. Running starts at 6 p.m.
FSU Intervals (6:30 pm - 7:00pm)

Location: Mike Long Track, The Florida State University
Details: This event is an open, organized interval training session with an electronic timer to gauge your goals. Each week, Gary Droze, head cross county and track and field coach at Maclay School, announces a 3-mile workout. Recent examples are 12 x 400, 6 x 800, or 800-1200-1200-mile. Another bonus is that we get to run at the same track where national champion and Olympic medal-winning athletes from FSU train. Running starts promptly at 6:30 p.m. Most people seem to arrive by 6:15 p.m. in order to get a good warm up. All levels of runners are welcome.
